Nicolas Morton is a New York City professional with experience in organizational management and corporate finance. As the associate director of financial aid and admissions at Packer Collegiate Institute, he oversaw student recruitment efforts in middle and upper schools. Implementing innovative team and enterprise systems, Nicolas Morton helped streamline admissions and enrollment activities across marketing, scholarship assignments, and evaluating financial needs.

From 2019 to 2024, Mr. Morton forged partnerships with educational consultants and K-8 institutions across the greater New York metropolitan area. He identified student retention trends and engaged with athletics programs at feeder schools to provide competitive scholarships to scholar-athletes. He awarded need-based financial aid to incoming and returning students and managed an $11 million budget.

Mr. Morton also has previous experience as an associate in financial management with KPMG, LLP. He oversaw the successful implementation of client revenue reporting solutions utilizing next-generation SAP and Oracle technologies. He also engaged clients in adopting and implementing the new ASC606 accounting protocol for revenue recognition. An avid cyclist and runner, Mr. Morton has completed the New York City Marathon and the TD Five Boro Bike Tour.
